A video footage of how the earth tremor happened in Accra has surfaced the internet and fast going viral due to the magnitude in which the groups shaked.
The incident which took place at about10:40 pm Wednesday, June 24, 2020,occurred three times in the space of 10 minutes.
Other places like Dodowa in the Greater Accra region, Kasoa, Winneba, Awutu and Senya Bereku in the Central region and Suhum-Akrabo in the Eastern Region also had the shocking encounter.
Some residents of Osu, Ablekuma Manhean, Kaneshie, Achimota, Adenta, Circle, Kokomlemle, Accra New Town, Legon, Dansoman, Kasoa, Haatso, Kwashiman, Teshie, Nungua, McCarthy Hill among others said they felt the earth shake.
