Ghanaian Rapper Kwesi Arthur is currently the man of the moment on social media and being hailed after a lady dropped an expose on him revealing that he has been deceiving women and sleeping with them with his stardom.
According to some of the ladies who claim to have had a thing with the rapper, they explained that Kwesi Arthur would come and sweet talk you into a relationship.
