Rosemond Brown, who is popularly known as Akuapem Poloo has admitted that she deliberately destroy the reputation of some celebrities to enable her trend.
The social media sensation indicated hat the negativity that has characterized her career helps her hence she is unperturbed by the constant bashing she receives.
She told Johnnie Hughes on TV3’s New Day that her claim that veteran movie stars, Fred Amugi and Waakye had sexual encounters with her were false.
She stated;
Although all I said about Fred Amugi and Waakye were not true, they knew it was for Showbiz and I wanted to trend. They are legends and I knew if I hit on them, I’ll trend.
Akuapem Poloo added that she eventually sought their forgiveness.
I knew what I did was wrong and I apologized to him for that. I went all the way to his family house to ask for forgiveness. I was on the same management agency as Fred Amugi and because of what I said, I had to leave there.
She further noted that she doesn’t seek consent from these celebrities because she knows they will turn her down.
I don’t plan any of the things with any of the celebrities because I know they will disagree if I seek their consent for things like that due to their reputation. But I know they don’t take me seriously because my English is even funny
