If You Don’t Want To Die Young, Then Stop Doing These Things That Send People To Their Early Grave

It is good to enjoy and live life, but is important to check if your life is in danger or not. You can testify to the fact that most of the people losing their lives these days are the youth and there are reasons to that. There are certain things we do, most especially the young people, that put our lives at risk without knowing them.

Mdk Banahene is here to give you some tips on the things people do that send them to their early grave. This information does not go for the youth only, but rather everyone. As far as we are all humans, this information must concern us. Nobody got two lives, we all got one and it is very important to take good care of it as long as we living. You cannot exempt these things from the cause of high increase in mortality rate in the world. There are soo many acts that decreases our life span but am giving you 3 most important ones that you need to take note of.

• Smoking and alcoholism

Studies have shown that smoking and drinking together can increase the risk of throat and esophageal cancer. This may be because the alcohol dissolves chemicals in the cigarette while they are still in the throat. This can cause carcinogens to become trapped against the sensitive tissues of the throat. Most people claim they drink or smoke for fun, for releasing stress and anxiety and for getting rid of their life problems. But this habit can cause massive destruction to human health and declines life expectancy. Most people too engage themselves in taking drugs. All these cause early death.

• Lack of exercise

Exercise is an activity requiring physical effort, carried out to sustain or improve health and fitness. “Exercise improves your heart and lung power“. Regular physical activity can improve your muscle strength and boost your endurance. Exercise delivers oxygen and nutrients to your tissues and helps your cardiovascular system work more efficiently.

Most people find exercising something lazy to do, but it is essential to care for your health in that way. People who don’t exercise tend to be weaker as they’re growing than those who exercise. Therefore, Lack of exercise exposes the human body to several disease attacks.

• Womanizing

womanizer is someone who has multiple sexual encounters or relationships with more than one woman on a regular basis. While single people can sometimes live this lifestyle without hurting anyone, womanizers may pose as wanting a monogamous relationship but lie to their partner about who they’re seeing on the side. Most people boast themselves with the number of women or men they get laid with. This is actually funny, because at the end, they contract STDs that deteriorate their health and lead them to their early graves.

Don’t think you are a champion because of the number of women you propose to and get laid with as people see it to be fun. Aside the possibility of contracting STDs, you are also giving your strength to women, you are gradually ending your life slowly. This is not for only men, but ladies as well.
