I’m sure yesterday you saw some videos roaming on the internet with a story backing it that Yutee Rone went to assault Kika Good hair with her family well, we have the real story for you.
Kika has an agent who has been showing them properties but was not finding them what they wanted. Kika’s friend Michelle contacted Eugene to ask if he has any property that is really nice. Eugene mentioned he has a very nice apartment they then scheduled to meet.

Kika and Michelle turns up to the viewing with A guy called Augustine who is Kika’s agent. Eugene is the landlords agent and Augustine is Kika’s agent.
Kika likes the property the whole time called her sugar boyfriend on video to show property. when she saw her sugar boyfriend was interested in the property Kika asked Eugene to increase the rent so when he paid he would give her the money on top, Eugene refused and told her he doesn’t do business like that. So the anger started from there. Can you imagine her greediness.
Eugene then spoke to Kika’s sugar boyfriend and it turned out he was the one actually renting for himself not for her no wonder Kika was trying to make money on top.
Kika and her friend michelle is to furnish the place and I guess stay there when she is in ghana. But on social media she has made it look like it’s her property she is the one renting the property(the pretence life).
Eugene prepares the contract then Her sugar boyfriend flies in from lagos to meet Eugene to sign the contract and pay the rent of $120,000 in cash for one year and he left back to lagos leaving Kika to collect keys and start furnishing the place with her friend Michelle.
Eugene took the money to the landlady and paid. There was a security deposit left of $10k which the guy later brought.
So Kika was trying to scam her sugar boyfriend by asking Eugene to make the rent $15k instead of $10k a month so he could give her the money and he refused so the anger came from there.
Kika needed to make money somehow from the deal so then she asked Eugene to pay them commission which Was not the agreement.
She is a fraud the biggest scammer, a lie, hustler, a phyco in fact big girl with no cash.
Eugene’s family intervened and ask the property owner what happened she explained Eugene rented the property so Kika started to abuse the landlady. A very established lady who has achieved a lot in her life by calling her a witch and evil for telling the truth.
Kika has been behaving badly in the apartment, throws bottles from her widow, she got some people to start drilling at the apartment and the landlady called security.

She came out to talk but didn’t say it was the police arresting her for vandalizing and assaulting the landlord.
So the people that beat Kika were police trying to arrest her and had nothing to do with Eugene but she is determined to mess him up so she brings him up again.
