Hit after hit maker King Promise has started in a interview with Sammy Kay that he is not expecting any award from Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.
When asked about his expectations in this year’s VGMA, the “commando” hit maker emphasized that, he is expecting nothing from VGMA because his focus is to make the fans happy.
So seeing his fans happy and excited about his craft is more rewarding than any award could offer.
He later said if the awards come along the line he will take it and be grateful for it but he reiterated he does not work for awards.
King Promise has been controversial on social me since he started to wear big shoes and he is also known by his hairstyle.
So apart from having a good voice his controversies always promotes his songs that’s why every song he has ever made since he got into the music industry has been a hit.
