Lady Jumps From A 10 Metres Building To Escape From Kidnappers (Watch Video)

Sirin N.E. fell 10 metres to escape a building in Antalya, Turkey yesterday. She claimed she had been kidnapped by men from Iran who wanted to ‘sell’ her.

Video shows the terrifying fall, which was broken by a parked car before the young woman hit the pavement

Shocked onlookers ran to help and she was taken to hospital in a neck brace. A police investigation into the incident is ongoing

A teenager has made a dramatic escape after allegedly being kidnapped and tortured by jumping out of a window.

Footage of the moment shows the 19-year-old woman dangling her legs from a first floor window before jumping from the building in the Turkish city of Antalya on Thursday.

The young woman, named in local media as Sirin N.E., hit a parked car before landing roughly on the pavement, sending shocked onlookers rushing to help her.

Before the jump, passersby, not understanding she was allegedly in danger, tried to urge her to go back inside and called police. Sirin had been screaming for help before making the reportedly 10-metre-drop.

Sirin survived the fall, but was seriously injured and pictures show her wearing a neck brace and being carried away on a stretcher by paramedics. She was taken to hospital for treatment.

She alleges men from Iran kidnapped and tortured her, saying ‘they tried to sell me’.

Sahin Iyidilli, who witnessed Sirin’s jump, told Turkish news site Haberler: ‘I was sitting in the kitchen when I heard shouting outside. When I looked out the window, I heard her yelling “I want to die”‘.

‘We tried to convince her not to jump, but she wouldn’t listen,’ another witness, Yilmaz Aktas, said.  ‘Officers arrived, but I don’t think she believed they were police.’

‘I think she jumped out of fear. She said she had been tortured. She was asking for help,’ he said.

An investigation into the incident is ongoing and Sirin’s current condition is not known.
