2021 is definitely not a good year for the people of Ghana, the rate at which people have been passing away or the rate at which the country has been recording death cases has become rampant. These cases are getting out of hands especially when it comes to suicide and murder cases. I wonder what at all will come over one’s head for him to take his own daughter’s life.
Reports reaching Mdk Banahene from different sources indicates that, a sad news has hit the people of Nkawkaw as a man believed to be in 40s murdered his own daughter because of ordinary weed and this particular sad incident happened in Nkawkaw-Akuadjoo, a suburb of Kwahu West Municipality, in the Eastern Region.
According to the report, the young teen girl called Sandra was found dead on the on the street of Nkawkaw-Akuadjoo early morning. Neighbors in the community first suspected the father of the girl as they reported the case to the Nkawkaw Police department.
According to some neighbors, a day before the morning that the girl was found dead, they spotted the father seriously beating his daughter with no mercy claiming his daughter has taken his weed as the girl was also saying she has not taken anything.
So they intervened to rescue the girl from his angry father, later that evening, the father came to drag the daughter home, they allowed her thinking everything is calm only to find the girl’s dead body on the next.
The father was arrested by the Police for interrogation and now it’s confirmed that he murdered his own daughter after the Police interrogation. He is yet to face the law, stay tuned for any update.
