Nilanshi Patel, a 17-year-old girl who has the longest hair, reportedly uses one whole hour to comb it. She won Guinness World Record for the hair on two different occasions.
The first time Nilanshi won the record on Wednesday, November 21, 2018, she did with 1.71m long hair.
Now, her hair is said to be 1.9m long, UK Sun reports. The teenager said she would not stop growing her hair as she is gunning for the longest hair on an adult prize.
To keep her mane healthy and thick, she only washes it once a week and dries it for hours. After the washing, she uses secret oil made by her mother on it.
The teenage record holder avoids clumsiness with her hair by wearing it in a bun. She said the hair is something she is very proud of and glad that it gave her the world title.
Meanwhile, two identical twin sisters, Cipriana Quann and TK Wonder, became really famous for their long hair, a feature one of them said she initially hated.
Cipriana said that she saw it as a big obstacle. The duo had been quiet about the unique feature until when it made them really successful.
Cipriana said;
I was beginning to actually hate my hair and seeing it as a huge obstacle.
The twin sisters embraced their natural hair, gave it constant straightening as they turned into wild locks.
That singular act has made them very famous with a huge following on Instagram.
They are also the curator of a popular lifestyle blog called Urban Bush Babes.
Little wonder, therefore, they have been made the ambassadors of natural hair. TK Wonder once spoke about how it was a shameful act for people to wear their natural hair.
