MTN Ghana yesterday rolled out some new data plans. Data that never expires. Data not expiring is good news but the bad news was, they slashed down on the amount of data allocated when you make a purchase.

So for example, GHC3 daily data bundle which offers 500mb was slashed to somewhere 222MB at the same amount and the same applies to all other data packages.
A lot of MTN customers after the new change took to social media to vent their anger on the telecommunication company.
Well, it appears MTN has heard the concerns of Ghanaians.
Taking to their social media handles, MTN Ghana wrote:
Dear Valued Customer,
MTN has experienced some challenges on some of our channels post-implementation of the adjustment of prices and our new data bundles.
