After joining Atletico de Madrid from Chelsea last two seasons, Alvaro Morata is in Turin at the moment to complete a loan move to Juventus where he spent two season at before returning to Real Madrid.
Morata left Real Madrid for Juventus in 2014 after finding difficulties in having lots of play-time in the team. He played with the “old ladies” till the end of 2015/2016 season where he scored 15 goals during his stay at the club.
Andrea Pirlo on the other hand was appointed as manager of the team few months ago and it seems he craves for strikers to help him achieve his goal.
Therefore scouting and trying hard to get smart strikers has become his number priority. It started with Barcelona’s star Luis Suarez but the move was left on hold because Suarez had no Italian citizenship and he could get one on time.
Now,he has the chance to bring a worthy player who has shared fields with Cristiano Ronaldo under Zidane’s era. Both players played together for the los Blancos on several occasions and now they have the chance to do same at Turin. We hope this move yields success for the old ladies.
