SIRSLAYOUT has sighted a video fast going viral this morning and in the video saw a soldier man nearly killing a woman who was sitting on a moving moto mike.
Narrating from the video, The soldier man was holding a very large stick which he used to hit the woman on the moving moto bike.
We are unclear about the identity of both the soldier man and the woman that was nearly killed but we will find out more and give you the full detail.
