According to Marry Wilson, the Coronavirus resides beneath the nose and in the throat for a couple of days before they go down into the lungs to infect the human body.
So extreme bath or a hot air into the nose can kill the Coronaviruses that have been trapped in the nose or the throat.
So here are the easy ways to diagnose yourself immediately after seeing signs of the Coronavirus.
Two different steps;
- Boil water to 100 degree Celsius then sit in-front of it by covering your whole body with a blanket or a thick big cloth for about 15mins and that’s going to clear the virus or kill the virus.
- Boil water with Nimtree leaves, after it has boiled, separate the water from the leaves, sit under the water with blanket covering your body for about 20mins.
Any of this processes should be repeated twice a day at the unset of coughs or cold. Don’t wait to be tested before you go through this processes.
