Strange video sighted by SIRSLAYOUT.com saw a man who’s skin is tiring off and according to reports, wife poured hot water on the husband over a heated argument.
Government is asking citizens to stay indoors and staying indoors too is bring up another problems.
Narrating from the 13 seconds video, the husband’s skin was rubbing off due to the hot water that was poured on his body and lot of people were around trying to console the man.
